Residential Mortgage Plans

Mortgage Income Account

• A mortgage plan that linked to your deposit account, giving you greater flexibility in managing your wealth
• Hold a mortgage account and a deposit account at preferential interest rates
• Enjoy the preferential interest rate equivalent to the mortgage loan interest rate
• Annual fee waiver

 

Mortgage Insurance Plan

• Required down payment of as low as 10%¹ of the property purchase price
• Loan amount up to 90%¹ of the property purchase price or appraised property value (whichever is lower)

   

HIBOR Mortgage Plan

• A mortgage plan with the Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) as the basis, provides better reflection of the interest rate market trends compared with the one using Hong Kong Dollar Prime Rate as the basis.
• The interest rate will purely follow the movement and simply follows the fluctuation of HIBOR, protects you from the fluctuation of Hong Kong Dollar Prime Rate. Enables you to capture a lower mortgage rate.

   

Investment Property Mortgage Plan

Government Housing Scheme Mortgage Plans

Home Ownership Scheme -
Loan amount up to 95% of the purchase price or the appraised property value (whichever is lower)

 

Tenants Purchase Scheme -
Loan amount up to 100% of the purchase price or the appraised property value (whichever is lower)

 

Both schemes offer following privileges:

• Repayment period up to 25 years
• Applicable to new or second-hand property
• Fixed repayment period or fixed repayment amount
• Other exclusive privileges:
  - Application handling fee waiver and free verbal valuation service

  - Special discounts on insurance products from designated insurance

Remarks:

1. Loan amount up to 90% of the purchase price or appraised value for application of "Mortgage Insurance Program" offered by the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporations Ltd. 
2. The annual fee waiver for BoCom (Hong Kong) credit card is only applicable to primary cardholder only. 
3. For mortgage loan amount exceeding 60% of the property purchase price or appraised property value (whichever is lower), the customer must apply the "Mortgage Insurance Programme" offered by the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Ltd.
