Interest rate tablei:

vi. Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR") of 1.68% and calculated based on a monthly flat rate of 0.0755%, with loan amount of HKD1,500,000 and repayment tenor of 12 months and is including 0% handling fee, is only applicable to New Customers. The Annualised Percentage Rate are reference rate which include the basic interest rate and other fees and charges of a product expressed as an annualized rate (if applicable). The sample is for reference only. vii. The Offer is only applicable to New Customers who have opened personal account successfully at the Bank within the Promotion Period. New Customer refers to the customer who has not held any single name and/or joint name account with the Bank in the past 12 months upon account opening, can enjoy a preferential interest rate of 0.1335% (APR 2.98%) on loan amount of HKD500,000 – HKD1,499,999 with repayment tenor of 12 months; a preferential interest rate of 0.0755% (APR 1.68%) on loan amount of HKD1,500,000 - HKD2,000,000 with repayment tenor of 12 months. The approval of the loan (Including loan amount, repayment amount and interest rate) is subject to the final decision of the Bank without the liability to provide reasons. Remarks of interest rate table and Terms and Conditions for Promotion Offers

Credit Reference Matters: 1. The Bank subscribes “TransUnion” credit reference services. Enquiry please contact “TransUnion” at (852)2577 1816. 2.The Bank will share the relevant consumer credit data of customer with “Multiple Credit Reference Agencies”. Selected Credit Reference Agencies (Include TransUnion, Nova Credit Limited and PingAn One　Connect Credit Reference Services Agency(HK)) would share the information held by “Multiple Credit Reference Agencies ”. 3.Customer is entitled to request for a Credit Report from each selected Credit Reference Agency without charge every 12 months respective to each Selected Credit Reference Agency.
