Requirements

• Degree holder or above with minimum 8 years' relevant experience in financial institutions
• Familiar with trading system / software and qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9 with TMA qualification are a must
• Solid knowledge and previous exposure in various derivative products

• Responsible for marketing full range of treasury products and services to potential clients
• Participate in formulating and implementing various sophisticated marketing programs

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with minimum 6 years' experience in treasury sales and marketing gained from renowned financial institutions
• Extensive business network and connection
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA qualification are a must

Vice President, Debt Capital Markets

Duties

• Perform DCM execution and syndicate function, and carry out credit approval and documentation
• Advise clients on appropriate debt capital structures and supervise the entire execution process
• Work closely with internal and external partners in order to ensure smooth and timely executions

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Finance / Business or related disciplines with minimum 6 years' working experience in DCM
• Possess strong legal experience in DCM with sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets for HK and PRC markets
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA qualification are a must 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President, Debt Capital Markets

Senior Dealer, Fixed Income 

Duties

• Assist the Chief Dealer to manage the bank's multi-currency fixed income portfolio and formulate investment strategies for achieving profit target of the team
• Undertake credit application/research for global financial and Asian corporate credits for investment portfolio 
• Prepare written reports on market update and portfolio review

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines, with minimum 3 years' experience in bank and corporate credit analysis from banking industry, asset management, accounting industry, and/ or rating agency
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA qualification are a must, previous exposure in bond trading and capital market activities is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
