The balances shown in the Bank's passbooks / statements / account summaries are all "Current Balance", which may include unsettled or frozen funds that are temporarily unavailable for use. Such funds will generally be processed on the next business day (excluding Saturdays) or the designated settlement date. Please note that cheques return or refund may occur.

Understanding the differences between "Current balance" and "Available Balance" will help in corporate financial management and avoiding potential financial risks. Before making any withdrawal, transfer, or cheque issuance, please always verify the "Available Balance".

You may check your account's "Available Balance" by logging in to our Corporate Internet Banking / Corporate Mobile Banking or visiting any of our branches during office hours.
