- The Witness Service for Mainland Account Opening by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited ("BOCOM (HK)") is only applicable to individual banking customers.
- The Mainland personal Type II bank settlement account service is provided by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Guangdong Branch and Shenzhen Branch ("The Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd."), and the account services of the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.are subject to the terms and conditions of the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd..
- The 25 designated branches of BOCOM (HK) include the Business Department, King's Road Branch, Wanchai Branch, Kowloon Branch, Hunghom Branch, Tsuen Wan Branch, Sheung Shui Branch, Central District Branch, West Point Branch, Hennessy Road Branch, North Point Branch, Quarry Bay Branch, Taikoo Shing Branch, Causeway Bay Branch, Jordan Road Branch, Tsim Sha Tsui Branch, Mong Kok Branch, To Kwa Wan Branch, Tseung Kwan O Branch, Kwun Tong Branch, Yuen Long Branch, Tuen Mun Branch, Sha Tsui Road Branch, Sha Tin Branch, and Ma On Shan Branch.
- The Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. are not authorized institutions under the Hong Kong Banking Ordinance, nor are they regulated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. They cannot conduct any banking business or accept deposits in Hong Kong. The RMB deposits made by customers in the aforementioned accounts are not protected by the Hong Kong Deposit Protection Scheme.
- The Witness Service for Mainland Account Opening by BOCOM (HK) does not constitute an offer or invitation to enter into a deposit agreement with the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., and BOCOM (HK) does not participate in the application and recommendation of deposits under the accounts of the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd..
- BOCOM (HK) is not involved in any decision-making related to the application for opening the aforementioned accounts. The application will only take effect after being accepted by the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.. If customers have any inquiry, opinion, claim, complaint, or dispute regarding the account services of the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., they must contact the Mainland branches of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. directly.
- The Mainland mobile payment with electronic payment tools are third-party mobile payment electronic payment tools. The terms of use for mobile payment with electronic payment tools are subject to the relevant terms of the suppliers. BOCOM (HK) is not the supplier of the mobile payment with electronic payment tools. BOCOM (HK) does not make any guarantees regarding the aforementioned products and/or services, nor is it responsible for the consequences of using the aforementioned products and/or services. Customers who have any inquiry, opinion, claim, complaint, or disputesregarding the mobile payment electronic payment tools must contact the relevant suppliers directly.
