To provide better and more efficient banking services to customers, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch (the “Bank”) has been keeping all products and services under regular review. Please be informed of the following latest changes:
Transaction Service setting regarding the newly “FPS Transaction Enquiry” service
We are pleased to inform you that we will provide our new “FPS Transaction Enquiry” service in the Corporate Internet Banking Services with effect from 27th April 2019 (“Effective Date”) . From the Effective Date above, you can enquire FPS payment transactions through the new “FPS Transaction Enquiry” service. “FPS Transaction Enquiry” service will use the same User setting of “Transaction Record” Service. Customers who have registered the “Transaction Record” service will be entitled to use the new service immediately after launch.
Thank you for your support over the years and we will continue to provide you quality services. If you do not wish to accept any of the above amendments, you shall terminate the relevant service(s) in accordance with the relevant existing terms and conditions before the Effective Date. Maintaining the account(s) and/or continuing to use the service(s) after the Effective Date will be regarded as your acceptance of all of the above amendments.
