Practical Tips

Registration issue

  • Please bring along the Identification Documents used for opening account(s) in Mainland China Branches. Other Identification Documents will not be accepted for registration.
  • Just bring along the "Pacific Debit Card ” which is incorporated with the savings or time deposit accounts in Mainland China Branches, so you don't have to memorize the account numbers.

Usage issue

  • Enquiry: After registered the account, you can check the account balance of the “Pacific Debit Card” at the newly added section of “BOCOM Account List & Balance(Mainland)"at the lower part of  "Account List & Balance” function under “ Account Enquiry”. Besides, you can check on the transaction record from newly added functions of “Transaction Records(Mainland)” and “Loans Details(Mainland).
  • Transfer: You can transfer to BoCom account in Mainland China via the newly added function of “BoCom Account(Mainland)”.
  • Transfer: Please remember to choose HKD or USD when you select the deposit currency.
  • Transfer: Please remember that the transfer should be made during the service hour from Monday to Friday 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.. The service is not provided outside the above service hours as well as Saturday/Sunday/Hong Kong Holidays/Mainland China Holidays.
