1.  What is Hong Kong Post e-certificate? How can I apply for it?

Hong Kong Post e-certificate is a digital certificate which is issued, digitally signed and managed by Hong Kong Post . You may apply for Hong Kong Post e-certificate by one of the following ways:
General Application: Please go to any post office with your HKID and submit your application form in person and pay the appropriate application fees.
Online Application: You may browse Hong Kong Post Office website (http://www.hongkongpost.gov.hk) and make your application online. For the purpose of identity authentication, you should go to the designated post office with your HKID and pay the application fees.

2.  How to revoke my e-certificate?

You may revoke your e-certificate by one of the following methods:
(1) Submit your revocation request to Hong Kong Post by fax and letter;
(2) Mail your written request to Hong Kong Post;
(3) Visit any of post office in person;
(4) Send a digitally signed email to Hong Kong Post to make your request.
