2. Do I need to pay any charges when I apply for 'i-Trade'?No charges. Once you become a client of our 'Electronic Finance Services' , you can place trading orders through 'i-Trade', by calling our 'Electronic Finance Services - Securities Trading' hotline or through branch/sub-branch counters. |

If I have a securities account of 'Electronic Finance Service', do I need to open a new account to trade securities through internet?If you have a securities account of 'Electronic Finance Service', you can use the latest registered or changed password to log on in 'i-Trade'. You need not open another securities account. |

| 4. Can I place orders 24 hours a day? |
4. Can I place orders 24 hours a day?No. You are only allowed to place orders within Internet Trading Service Hours (09:00 AM - 4:00 PM). At the Pre-opening Trading Session (9:00am-9:50am). If you place orders beyond trading hours, our system will reject your orders. If you want to change your password, inquire account information, check stock price quotations or read stock market news, you can access these services 24 hours a day. |

5. How do I know that Bank of Communications have received my trading order?When you have placed a trading order, our system will show you an order reference number. It means that we have received your trading order. Please click 'Order Journal' and check the update order status by this order reference number. |

If my trading order placed through internet is fully filled, will I receive any confirmation from you?We do not provide you with notification services when your trading order placed through 'i-Trade' is fully filled. Therefore, you should check the status of your orders through '-Trade', or by calling our 'Electronic Finance Services - Securities Trading' hotline at 2913-3833 or by visiting the counter of your account opening branch/sub-branch. |

All buy / sell orders which are unexecuted after market close wil l be cancelled automatically. |
