Then you visit our website at http://www.bankcomm.com.hk and click the [Internet Banking Login] button, input your IBS number or credit card number or user name and your password. After verification, you can access the internet banking service. For the sake of security, you are required to change your password upon first time access. In addition, it is advisable to change your password regularly.

An IBS number is made up of 12 digits. Take an IBS number '001 000001023'. You click 'Login By Internet No.' on the Internet Banking Login Page and then input '001' in the short field box and '000001023' the long field box. Or you may simply key in '1' and '1023' in the respective field boxes. Take another IBS number 000 000001000. Simply input '0' and '1000' will suffice. If you have registered 'User Name', you click 'Login By User Name' on the Internet Banking Login Page and then input your user name and password.

Whenever internet banking remains idle for more than 30 minutes, internet banking system will activate its automatic log-off function to safeguard customers' accounts against unauthorized access. You have to login again to resume the internet banking.
