3. I am not allowed to carry out the unregistered third party account transfer on the internet banking. Why?
There may be two reasons:
1. This function requires two-factor authentication, e-certificate or‘SMS One-time Password';
2. Should there be no unregistered third party account transfer transaction done in the past twelve months, to safeguard your interests, we will temporarily de-activate this transfer function until we receive your instruction to re-activate it. Please visit any of our branches to resume the function. |
