Renminbi Exchange Services
- RMB exchange service is available at our branch/sub-branches.
- Limit of the notes exchange is not more than the equivalent of RMB20,000 per person per transaction.
- Limit of the exchange for Renminbi deposit account holder is not more than RMB20,000 or equivalent per person per day.
Foreign Exchange Services
- Exchange service in 11 major currencies include Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollar, Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, US Dollar, RMB, Danish Kroners, Norway Kroners. Bank-notes exchange service is not available to New Zealand Dollar, Euro, Swiss Franc, Danish Kroners, Norway Kroners.
- Bank-notes exchange service is only provided over the counter.
- Notes in US dollar, Japanese Yen, Australian dollars, Canadian Dollars and Pound Sterling are available at our Hong Kong Branch, Hennessy Road, West Point, TsimShaTsui, Mongkok, Tokwawan and MaOnShan sub-branch.
