Terms and Conditions for Usage of PC Internet Card:

1.           Pacific Internet Card ("PC Internet Card") is the internet credit card issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch ("the Bank")

2.           Only principal cardholder is eligible for application of PC Internet Card. Supplementary cardholder is not eligible to apply for PC Internet Card. If cardholder cancels all of his/her principal card, his/her PC Internet Card will be cancelled accordingly.

3.           PC Internet Card is the separate credit card account issued by the Bank for cardholder to make internet transactions. No credit card will be issued to cardholders. If application of PC Internet Card is approved, the Bank will issue a notification letter to cardholders which includes PC Internet Card no., cardholder name, CVV no. and card expiry date for cardholder record.

4.         The Bank reserves the right to change or terminate this terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Applicant.

6.       In case of any disputes, the Bank's decisions shall be final and conclusive.
