Important Notes to the PC Internet Card Cardholders:

1. (a) For the sake of your benefits, never allow anyone to use your PC Internet Card and CVV number. Unless the disclosure of the foresaid information is for internet transactions to relevant merchants, you should not disclose the information to anyone.

 (b) Upon the approval of PC Internet Card, the Bank will issue a notification letter to the cardholders, on which the card account number, cardholder name, CVV number and card account expiry date will be printed for cardholder's record. Upon the occurrence and suspicion of the loss or theft of the notification letter, unauthorized use of your PC Internet Card number or CVV number or disclosure of the PC Internet Card number or CVV number (except the relevant merchants involved in the internet transactions), you should report to our Report Lost/Stolen Card Hotline (852) 2836 8828 immediately.  The Bank reserves the right to charge for the reissue of card account number or CVV number of PC Internet Card from your PC Internet Card account at HK$100.

2. PC Internet Card is a card account opened for internet purchase. No physical card will be issued to the cardholder. Thus this card is not for purchase of goods or services which requires to show the card for collection (e.g. Online purchase of Turbojet tickets or Cityline movie tickets, etc)

3. (a) The Bank will issue a notification letter to cardholder upon the approval of PC Internet Card. The PC Internet Card will be cancelled if not activated on or after 45 days after the card account opening date.

(b) Upon the completion of card acknowledgement and activation of PC Internet Card, you agree to accept and be bound by the related terms and conditions of "The General Germs and Conditions for Banking Services" governing Phone Banking Services and Internet Banking Services of our Bank.  The General Germs and Conditions for Banking Services can be obtained via writing to the Bank, at our HK branch and sub-branches of the Bank or downloaded via our bank website http://www.bankcomm.com.hk/.

4. If you forget the login password of Phone Banking Services or Internet Banking Services of our Bank, please visit our HK branch or sub-branches of the Bank to reset the password.
