Terms and Conditions of Special Offer:

1. Cardholder is required to use MI credit card to pay for the contribution of Joyful Smart Personal Contribution before 30 September 2012 to earn extra bonus points, extra 5,000 bonus point will be credited to prinicipal cardholder account within 3 months after the contribution is deducted from credit card account. The cardholder credit card account must be valid and in good financial standing when the rewards are credited.

2. Cardholder is required to open preserved account within the period of 1 November 2011 to 31 March 2012 and successfully transfer accrued benefit on or before 30 April 2012. For transfer-in asset HK$5,000 or below, the fund unit rebate is HK$50; transfer-in asset from HK$5,001 to HK$15,000, the fund unit rebate is HK$100; transfer-in asset from HK$15,001 to HK$30,000, the fund unit rebate is HK$150; transfer-in asset from HK$30,001 or above, the fund unit rebate is HK$200.

3. Cardholder applies for "China Accidental Emergency Medical Insurance"(1-year plan or above) is entitled to 50% premium discount, Cardholder applies for "Home Comprehensive Insurance", "Domestic Helper Comprehensive Insurance" or "Comprehensive Personal Accident Insurance" is entitled to 20% premium discount, Cardholder applies for "Comprehensive Travel Insurance" is entitled to 30% premium discount.
