HKMC SME Financing Guarantee Scheme helps you to tide over the liquidity problem
In order to assist local small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain loans, we have participated in the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (also known as "HKMC") newly launched SME Financing Guarantee Scheme to help your company to tide over the liquidity problem.
Features
- The loans shall be used for general working capital, acquiring equipment or assets in relation to your business
- The maximum loan amount of HK$12,000,000
- HKMC will provide guarantee coverage on 50% to 70% of the loans
- The maximum guarantee period is 5 years
- Enterprises registered in Hong Kong and with business operation in Hong Kong for at least 1 year on the date of guarantee application (except listed companies, lending institutions and affiliates of lending institutions)
