Branch Manager

Duties

  • Manage a small to medium-sized branch office for providing retail banking services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor daily branch operations

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' banking experience of which at least 5 years' sales experience in retail banking; Possess experience in branch operation management will be an advantage
  • Passes in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) 

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Branch Manager

  • Develop strategies and action plans for the quantitative and qualitative growth of SME including trading finance and retail lending portfolio and to achieve business targets
  • Familiar with loans market competitive environment, and regulatory requirement
  • Exposure in product development end-to-end process
  • Manage marketing programmes and tactical action plans as well as provide functional guidance and support to frontlines

Requirements

  • Familiar with SAS and the on-going development of retail banking services offered by competitors

Duties

  • Responsible for performing independent credit assessments on Credit Card and Personal Loan products.
  • Assist in the review and development of the Bank's credit policies / guidelines.
  • Perform ad hoc project assignments from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years' solid experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan approval with at least 1 year in card system user requirement handling and UAT.
  • Hands-on experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan approval system.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
