Duties

• Manage a small to medium-sized branch office for providing retail banking services
• Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor daily branch operations

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' banking experience of which at least 5 years' sales experience in retail banking; Possess experience in branch operation management will be an advantage
• Passes in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4)

Duties

• Provide full range of wealth management services to a designated portfolio of high-net-worth customer
• Expand the existing client base by exploring potential customers in the market

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, with minimum 5 years' experience in handling investment portfolio of affluent customers
• Passes in MPF, Insurance and Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4)
• Possession of CFA or CFP qualifications is a definite advantage

Duties

• Develop and maintain customer relationship with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients
• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of bank's financial services
• Evaluate the financial condition of the clients and responsible for conducting credit analysis and prepare credit proposals

Requirements

• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyse and make recommendations

• Supervise and support the routine operations of branches to ascertain adherence to proper procedures

Duties

• Responsible for reviewing and formulating internal operational policies and procedures, as well as participating in different ad hoc assignments relating to system enhancement and product development

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

Retail Deposit and Account Services Manager

Duties

• Responsible for implementing and evaluating retail banking strategies, proposition and plans for deposit, account services, network management and work improvements
• Launch competitive products, services, marketing program to acquire customer and increase market share
• Work closely with frontline and internal departments to ensure successful launch of all implementation programs

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in retail banking services
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Good business sense and strong problem solving ability

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager

Manager, Loan Product

Duties

• Develop strategies and action plans for the quantitative and qualitative growth of SME including trading finance and retail lending portfolio and to achieve business targets
• Familiar with loans market competitive environment, and regulatory requirement
• Exposure in product development end-to-end process
• Manage marketing programmes and tactical action plans as well as provide functional guidance and support to frontlines

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Familiar with SAS and the on-going development of retail banking services offered by competitors

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Loan Product

Assistant Manager, Card / Personal Loan Approval

Duties

• Responsible for performing independent credit assessments on Credit Card and Personal Loan products.
• Assist in the review and development of the Bank's credit policies / guidelines.
• Perform ad hoc project assignments from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years' solid experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan approval with at least 1 year in card system user requirement handling and UAT.
• Hands-on experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan approval system.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
